Change of scenery. Beach and body frying is bad for your health! Leave town, stress and enjoy your active summer holiday week.

Rambling in the Alps
Enjoy nature, fresh air, fantastic scenery, flowering meadows and beautiful mountains. David Legend our specially chosen French mountain walking guide who speaks absolute fluent english will take you walking on his favorite paths in The Ecrins national park and the Serre Chevalier area. He knows everything about the flora and fauna, where to find the most spectacular views, mountain goats, marmots or rare species of colourful flowers. In June the whole mountain will be full of flowers and some snow will still be seen on the far away ridges. Can you imagine how pretty?
Arrival on Saturday and you'll be starting a five day walking program (with a free day midweek) when you can enjoy a good book on our sunny terrace, visit the market and the medieval town of Briancon enjoy a café au lait, or shop for some of our local specialities and go for a picnic.
Price: 550 euros /person
Including 7 days accommodation in double room, breakfast buffet, lunch pack and three course evening meal, 5 days guiding and transfers. Minimum 5 people.
Multi-activities week
Had enough of frying in a deck chair? Feeling ready for some action during your holiday. Why don't you try our multisport week. We've organized a good mix of exciting activities in beautiful surroundings. You'll need to be in shape and up to pushing limits and trying new adventurous activities. Experienced local guides will look after you.

Saturday
Welcome drink on the terrace and evening meal
Sunday am - Rock climbing no 1
The first day you'll be introduced to mountainclimbing and tought how to use cords, try rappelling and start basic climbing. If you are an experienced climber already our guide will show you lines that suit your level and give you tips to improve.
Sunday pm - Hairboat
A kind of pneumatic kayak down rapids and falls. Hold on and enjoy!
Monday - Via Ferrata
"The high iron road". Attached and secured to a wire, walking and climbing you'll reach a mountain summit. Sounds absolutely mad but is absolutely great and accessible to everybody, children as well as grownups anyone who hasn't got problems with heights (75 - 500 meters of vertical drops).
Tuesday am - Mountainbike
We'll take you up to Col de Galibier and then follow the path down the valley through beautiful mountain scenery.
Tuesday pm - Adventureparc
Coordination and courage high up in treetops. More than 90 games for adults and juniors, tyroliennes, parrott ladders, tarzanjumps…
Wednesday
National parc on horseback or glacierskiing in Les2Alpes (+30E).
Thursday am - Rafting
Down the rapids of La Guisanne. Which team will be the best coordinated ? Picnic by the river.
Thursday pm - Rock climbing no 2
Second lesson. You'll climb lines on you own level from 3 - 7, our guide will be around to help you progress.
Friday - Canyoning
Follow a mountainriver through a spectacular canyon Slide, swim, jump, rappel, crawl through caves, cross waterfalls. The technique is simple but it does aquire a bit of courage!

Cycling week
Go climb the famous passes yourself; Col de Montgenevre, Sestriere, Galibier, Izoard och Granon. If you manage all five you get the five eagles diploma and possibility to buy the five eagles medal. If you feel up to it you can participate in the cycling race "Cyklosportive de Luc Alphand" .
Price 350 euros /person
Including 7 days accommodation in double room, breakfast buffet, lunch pack and three course evening meal. If you want to join the Luc Alphand race it cost about 35 euros.
Family multisport week
Come and play in the mountains all family together. The program will be the same as above but adapted to a family level were everybody can join in. Children should be +7 years old. All activities will be held by authorised guides and instructors.
Price: 600 euros/person (200 euros discount for kids <12 years, living in parents room)

Rock climbing - Mondial d'escalade
The week for climbers and wannabees. Interesting climbs, good, non crowded, granit and limstone rockfaces with hundreds of spitted lines on all levels fron 3 - 7, all over the Serre chevalier area. With or without instruction. End of the week there is international climbing competition, Mondial de l´escalade, in the village. The best climbers in the world will participate and the final is a spectacular event.
Price: 350 euros/person
Including 7 days accommodation in double room, breakfast buffet, lunch pack and three course evening meal. Climbing guide 30 - 60 euros/day depending of number of climbers.
